1.  Refund Policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

2.  Event Date Changes: Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for a different event date except as specified in our Transfer Policy.

3.  Medical Emergencies: In the case of a medical emergency preventing attendance, credit for a future event will be considered solely at the discretion of Law of Ambition and only with valid documentation from a licensed doctor and/or medical professional.

4. Transfer Policy:

• All transfer requests must be made in writing.
• Written transfers to another training event received more than 30 days prior to the start date will incur a $500 processing fee per ticket, due immediately upon transfer request.
• Written transfers to another training event received less than 30 days of the event start date will require payment of 50% of the ticket price, due immediately upon transfer request.
• Any transfer request received due to extenuating circumstances may be reviewed by Law of Ambition at its sole discretion.
• All approved transfers must be used for events within 6 months of the original event date.

5.  Liability Waivers: All participants must sign event waivers prior to the start of the event. Refusal to sign will result in denial of participation in any activities, and no refund will be provided.

6.  Media Release: All participants must sign a production release form granting Law of Ambition (and its partner organizations - No Sympathy For The Lazy, Red Wolf) the right to use any photos, videos, or other media captured during the event for marketing and promotional purposes.

7.  Liability and Indemnification: Law of Ambition and its team members shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or other harm suffered by participants during the event. By participating in the event, attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless Law of Ambition and its team from any claims or legal actions.

8.  Provided Firearms and Ammunition: All firearms and ammunition provided by Law of Ambition's event delivery partners will be properly maintained, serviced, and in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

9.  Personal Firearms: Participants choosing to bring their own firearms must ensure they are legally owned, properly maintained, and in safe working condition. Law of Ambition and its delivery partners reserve the right to inspect and refuse the use of any personal firearms deemed unsafe.

10.  Code of Conduct: All participants are required to follow safety instructions, act responsibly, and prioritize the safety of themselves and others. Any behavior deemed reckless, dangerous, or disruptive will result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

11. Punctuality: The event runs from 9am to 4pm. Late entry will not be permitted. Participants must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start time to complete registration and safety briefings.

12. Medical Information: Participants are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing medical conditions and providing current emergency contact information to Law of Ambition prior to the event.

13. Dietary Restrictions: Participants must inform Law of Ambition of any food allergies or dietary restrictions well in advance of the event date.

14. Emotional Considerations: The No Sympathy Shooting Event may not be suitable for individuals with past trauma related to firearms. Please carefully consider your emotional well-being before registering. All sales are final.

15. Age Restriction: All participants must be at least 21 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or guardian AND approved by the Law of Ambition team. Proof of age may be required upon registration.

16. Alcohol and Drugs: The consumption of alcohol or illegal drugs before or during the event is strictly prohibited. Law of Ambition reserves the right to deny participation to anyone suspected of being under the influence.

17. Reservation of Rights: Law of Ambition reserves the right to modify the event itinerary, substitute instructors, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or safety concerns. In the event of a cancellation, a credit for a future event will be provided.

18. Screening: Law of Ambition reserves the right to cancel and refund any ticket sales due to failing further screening.

19. Travel Arrangements: Travel arrangements to and from event locations are not included.

By registering for the No Sympathy Shooting Event, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
